A private and soothing session with Reine Walfridsson in our Soul Spa, created for deep rest, recovery and a moment completely without performance.

Reine is trained and certified in Reiki Usui - Steps 1 and 2. Reiki is a gentle Japanese form of treatment where you lie comfortably and fully clothed. During the session, Reine works with his hands lightly placed on or just above his body. Many people experience the treatment as deeply relaxing, describing sensations of warmth, calm, or increased presence.

The session begins with a short talk about how you feel and what you want to focus on. Then follows the Reiki treatment and a brief concluding reflection.
